Experience and skills:  

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in consulting or business research industry. TMT knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with secondary research and research databases is a strong plus
  • Creative and exhaustive approach in overall research delivery
  • Ability to prioritise and make timely communications on research developments
  • Committed, flexible and willing to push the research boundaries
  • Willingness to explore and drive knowledge initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate, organized, creative and resourceful
  • Multiple language skills will be an added advantage

  • Highly organised and meticulous
  • Flexible to accommodate urgent out of hours requests
  • Proactive, dedicated to meeting deadlines and able to manage stress
  • Smart appearance, well-presented and professional at all times
  • Possesses mature demeanor and positive attitude, as well as discretion and sensitivity when dealing with the Partners group
    • Possesses cultural awareness and willingness to align with company culture and value

Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, and other TMT-related databases is an added advantage
