What You Will Need to Succeed  

The successful candidates should have the following background and experience. 

  • A blend of industry and management consulting experience i.e. Big 4, MBB, Advisory Consultancies etc.
  • Industry experience including: contracting, project management, project controls, engineering consultancy or acting as an owner/operator.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent and an industry accreditation in engineering, construction management, project management etc.
  • Industry experience is a requirement and ideally in the transport, energy, renewables, nuclear and utility sectors.
  • Experience of providing management consulting services in any of our core offerings, which include:

                - Strategic advisory – market entry, procurement strategy, portfolio optimisation, project reviews. 

                 - Delivery organisation set up & run – target operating model, project controls, governance and reporting, PMO set up and run, project turnaround.

                 - Technology – strategy, system selection and implementation of core applications used on major projects.  

  • The candidate must have strong consulting skills including: communication, analytical approach, client management skills, teamwork, leading workstreams/engagements and be able to prepare high quality proposals and deliverables in ppt.  
  • Self-starter and willing to take the lead to generate new business opportunities and grow our practice.
