What You Will Need to Succeed

FTI Consulting's CP&A team is seeking professionals with experience in advisory and transformation service offerings to help continue the growth of our practice across EMEA.  Roles will primarily be based in London and Madrid. 

We are recruiting at the Senior Consultant;  Director and Senior Director grades, although we will consider more senior hires on a case-by-case basis.  

Basic Qualifications:

• A blend of industry and management consulting experience
• Industry experience including: contracting, project management, project controls, engineering consultancy or acting as an owner/operator.
• Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent and an industry accreditation in engineering, construction management, project management etc.
• Industry experience is a requirement and ideally in the transport, energy, renewables, nuclear and utility sectors.
• Experience of providing management consulting services in any of our core offerings, which include:
• Strategic advisory – market entry, procurement strategy, portfolio optimisation, project reviews.
• Delivery organisation set up & run – target operating model, project controls, governance and reporting, PMO set up and run, project turnaround.
• Technology – strategy, system selection and implementation of core applications used on major projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• The candidate must have strong consulting skills including: communication, analytical approach, client management skills, teamwork, leading workstreams/engagements and be able to prepare high quality proposals and deliverables in ppt.  
• Self-starter and willing to take the lead to generate new business opportunities and grow our practice.
