About The Role

FLC Marketing is evolving into a modern, integrated, insights-driven function designed to elevate our go-to-market strategy, enhance client engagement, and drive measurable growth across our practices.

Assist with digital campaign deployment (paid and organic social, search, email, landing pages and web updates)
Support analytics pulls: web traffic, campaign metrics, social engagement
Conduct research to inform targeting and optimization
3. Content Production & Editorial Coordination (20%–25%)
Coordinate content workflows with internal authors, design, editorial, and digital teams
Prepare content briefs, manage review cycles, and support version control
Assist with drafting social posts, newsletters, email copy, and bios
Maintain FLC’s content repository and ensure consistency with brand and editorial standards
4. Operations, Processes & Team Enablement (25%–30%)
Act as a steward of Market Enablement operations—helping build repeatable, scalable processes
Own team trackers, SharePoint sites, templates, asset libraries, and intake forms
Maintain documentation for workflows and standard operating procedures
Assist with cross-team meeting preparation
Support budget documentation, invoice tracking, and vendor coordination
