About the role
In our Transactions practice, we work on transactions with typically a deal value between EUR 5m and EUR 150m with a motivated, experienced and hands-on team. The backbone of our services are buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services. In addition, we have experts advising companies on Commercial, Operational and HR matters and Tax services. We work for both private equity and mid-sized corporates, where we can make a real difference with our pragmatic approach, 'analysis – advise – execute' and experienced entrepreneurial professionals. In addition to Transactions, we provide Turnaround and Transformation services to clients with our team at FTI Consulting in the Netherlands.
Our Amsterdam office has a very entrepreneurial and hands-on culture, as we originated from acquiring BOLD, a Dutch-based boutique consultancy. Becoming part of FTI means we now have access to the breadth and depth of the global FTI Consulting network containing the world’s leading (industry) experts.
On the back of these developments, our Transactions practice is growing rapidly and has developed on multiple levels, such as number of deals, deal size and cross-border deals. We are actively expanding our international focus with our US colleagues and UK colleagues, both serving the mid-and upper M&A market. To strengthen the Transaction practice, we are searching for an Associate with a background in financial due diligence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
