As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.

You will be given a day-to-day coach who will actively discuss your career progression and development through clear goal setting at the beginning of your time with FTI and through regular performance review discussions. On a day-to-day basis, you will learn how to manage clients and teams efficiently, playing a key leadership role as an account manager, and having regular check-ins with your coach to give and receive feedback, track goals and any other development points. You’ll also get variety with working across a team of experienced communicators and FTI’s breadth of experts to identify new clients and will be part of the new business process.
