About the Role


Our Forensic Technology team in India works with corporations, governments and law firms to meet with legal, regulatory and investigative demands by leveraging our skills to enable our clients to more confidently govern, secure, find, analyze and rapidly understand their data in the context of compliance and risk.


What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for end-to-end eDiscovery operations, managing clients, and other specialized tasks including interaction with other consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
  • Partner closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
  • Manage any project-related queries and issues and provide solutions/workarounds, effective coordination, and communication of client deliverables.
  • Liaise and communicate on a daily basis with other teams and manage expectations on client requests.
  • Customer service oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary.
  • Actively involved in providing product enhancement feedback and coordinating the deployment of tools and processes to the wider India team.
  • Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
  • Travel to client office(s) and/or FTI regional office(s) as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • For the Consultant role, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience; for the Senior Consultant role, at least 3-6 years of experience in an e-Discovery or forensic technology related role
  • Solid experience in using review platforms such as Relativity, Ringtail or concordance.
  • Experience in processing data in Relativity, Nuix or equivalent data processing platforms
  • Familiarity with personal computer and server hardware, operating systems and software.
    - Degree in a technology focused subject such as computer science, forensic computing or information systems, or equivalent experience in professional services firms.
  • Familiarity of data manipulation using MS Access and Excel.
  • Self-developer that demonstrates an ability to solve complex problems with well thought out innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
  • Flexible with working hours and has the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Displays an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Manages time and prioritizes tasks effectively.
  • Business-level English is mandatory.
