About The Role
The Digital Marketing Associate will be a key member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring (CF&R) Marketing Operations team, based in New York City. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with practice leaders and subject matter experts to develop, execute, and analyze a wide range of digital marketing strategies aligned with the segment’s go-to-market priorities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, data-driven, and experienced in B2B marketing channels including email, social media, web, and marketing analytics. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive communicator and problem-solver. This role requires someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, launch and measure email marketing campaigns, including internal and external newsletters, segment-wide communications, and more.
- Support event management activities, including event communications, landing pages, and attendee management.
- Support distribution list management efforts, including maintaining up-to-date contact information, updating existing distribution lists, and helping teams develop new lists depending on their target audience needs.
- Develop and manage delivery of analytics to report on performance and ROI of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, website, and overall marketing efforts).
- Maintain proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Eloqua, Knak, Cvent, Google Analytics, Survey Monkey, Zoom, Kahoot, ZoomInfo).
Develop, support, and administer comprehensive training to educate CF&R employees about digital marketing platforms, as appropriate. Work effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and corporate teams.
How You’ll Grow
This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in B2B digital marketing within a global professional services firm. This role provides ample opportunities for skill development (Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills, analytics and reporting, CRM solutions, event logistics, project management, copywriting and much more) through collaboration with subject matter experts and exposure to many cross-functional projects in the marketing operations, business communications and digital marketing space.
What You Will Need to SucceedBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional services firm
- Certification in digital marketing, social media and/or measurement analytics
- Superior communication including writing, speaking and listening
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
