About the Role 
The Digital Campaign and Paid Media Leader is a newly created position on FTI’s growing Global Digital Marketing team. The position will report to and work closely with FTI’s Digital Marketing leadership team to lead our digital advertising efforts, spearheading cross-channel media campaigns and programs that drive growth and engagement. This role will require expertise in developing and optimizing B2B campaigns, as well as overseeing all aspects of paid media including paid search, paid social, display and more. Your ability to develop and communicate campaign strategy clearly, analyze and interpret campaign-related data, and build global and local audiences will be critical.  

To be successful as the digital campaign leader at FTI, candidates must possess strong analytic, strategic, and communication skills, as well as a deep (8+ years) understanding of the digital media landscape. A background in B2B marketing and advertising is a plus. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Cross-Channel Campaign Development: Develop and implement cross channel media campaigns and programs including activation plans for distribution on third party properties including social, search, display advertising and video platforms to connect with target audiences.  
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a paid media B2B program that aligns with business goals, including always-on and campaign focused components including paid search, paid social, and display.  
  • Budget Management & Optimization: Manage budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum engagement and ROI, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.  
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use analytic insights to make regular adjustments.  
  • Audience Building: Proficiently build global and local audiences across geographies, leveraging segmentation and targeting strategies.  
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors such as ad agencies, media partners, and technology providers to ensure effective execution of campaigns.  
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop measurement frameworks to assess campaign success and analyze data to develop strategic digital media plans and make informed decisions regarding ad targeting, messaging, and creative.  
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital channel activation and paid media advertising, recommending new approaches and technologies to enhance campaign performance.  
  • Mentorship and Education: Lead and mentor corporate and segment marketing team members and partners, championing the use of digital media to support their marketing objectives.  
  • Strong, Collaborative Communicator: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand, content, and analytics, to ensure campaigns and programs are integrated and aligned with overall marketing goals.

Basic Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related business field.  
  • 8+ years of relevant post-graduate professional experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid media campaign management, execution, and measurement.  
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed .
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship. 

  

Preferred Skills  

  • Background in B2B marketing and advertising  
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful B2B campaigns and paid media strategies  
  • Expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads), social media advertising (LinkedIn), and display advertising
