What You’ll Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Mid–senior level experience providing strategic counsel to clients / stakeholders on public affairs and communications strategy.
- Proven skills and/or interest in public affairs, advocacy, issues and reputation management
- Strong research, analytical and writing skills
- Ability to digest and summarise information to key internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively manage projects or the development of complex models and/or analysis/research
- Ability to work on several projects at the same time and managing conflicting priorities
- Effectively prepare and execute meetings to drive purpose and objectives
- Proactively seek to grow client relationships
- Excellent English with one or two additional European languages preferable
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably experience in utilities, energy users such as data centres etc
- Starting to establish mentoring relationships with leaders and developing longer-term career goals
- Great team spirit, determination, curiosity and humour
- Self-starter mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves
- Recognises where other practices/ departments across FTI may add value to client/internal projects
- Identifies potential compliance risks and takes appropriate action
- Proactively supports firm-wide strategies

You will be part of a dynamic and multinational team of experts based in Brussels and you will learn about our broader service offerings from our international professionals in strategic communications, economic consulting, corporate finance, forensic litigation consulting and technology.
