Are you ready to make your impact?

About the Role
The Global Talent Development (TD) Team is part of FTI’s dynamic Global Human Resources practice. With offices in 31 countries, we support the development of employees across our global organization.

Reporting to the Global Lead of Talent Development, this role is responsible for identifying learner needs, and designing, creating, and delivering original content for core programming and FTI-defined capability areas. Key capability areas include business development, management and leadership, communication, coaching, and other career topics critical to a professional services firm.

This role supports development across all levels in the organization, addressing both business and leadership priorities, as well as general development. Responsibilities include leveraging a global curriculum comprised of classroom sessions, virtual learning, e-learning, and assessments, with the potential for program delivery in various regions.

What You’ll Do

This position serves as a consultative role within the wider Talent Development team, supporting internal clients on the billable side of the firm, who themselves are consultants serving external clients. Additionally, this role provides support to corporate or core operations employees, who directly enable the billable side of the business.

Talent Development demand planning drives global priorities. Requests are approved by the Managing Director of Global Talent Development and assigned to team members like you. You will work with these clients and other Talent Development professionals to understand their needs, design development solutions, and implement chosen strategies.

You will also be responsible to build a comprehensive learning curriculum for your assigned FTI-defined capability area(s). You will ensure the content is valuable, well-received, and delivered to a high standard, often to senior-level audiences.

You are expected to work independently and be self-directed in achieving your assigned goals. All team members embody our ICARE values: Integrity, Creativity, Achievement, Respect, and Empathy. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on a variety of tasks is essential to our collective success.
