Executive Assistant (12 months FTC) | Economic & Financial Consulting

What You Will Need to Succeed  

• Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to understand nuances, appropriate protocol and specific preferences, and execute with limited direction 
• Top level detail, organisational and analytical skills required
• Ability to prioritise workload and deal with multiple parties and requests with little direction
• Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed
• Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organisation
• Strong interpersonal skills required to persuade and build consensus and cooperation
• Strong team player with a can-do attitude and experience of managing a junior team member
• Ability to handle the highest level of confidential issues sensitively

Basic Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Several years working at an Executive Assistant/Senior Administrative level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with client interface and understanding of client relationships

Preferred Qualifications (or equivalent)

• Experience of working with a professional services environment advantageous
• Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
