About The Role
The EMEA Cybersecurity business within the FLC segment is seeking an Executive Assistant on a one-year maternity cover to support senior leadership and ensure smooth team operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, intuitive, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, numerical proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential. Flexibility at short notice may be needed to meet client deadlines outside core hours. The successful candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure while supporting leadership, staff, and team operations effectively.
What You’ll Do
Provide full EA support to senior leadership, including diary management, complex travel booking, time entry, and expenses.
Coordinate team-wide meetings, calls, and social events.
Manage onboarding for new joiners and contractors, including contracts, extensions, amendments, and invoicing.
Support senior leadership with client engagement, including business development prep, conflict checks, and preparing LOEs for review and approval.
Oversee the EMEA staffing process, working with senior leadership to allocate resources across projects and tracking utilisation.
Lead WIP and billing processes for the EMEA Cyber team, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely follow-up.
Maintain and update the EMEA Cyber backlog/pipeline and provide monthly reporting to Finance.
Manage and update CRM contacts and relationships for senior leadership.
Provide administrative support for RFPs and other key business initiatives, including matter tagging and preparation of target lists.
Liaise with Marketing and support creation of the bi-weekly EMEA Cyber update deck.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Legal, Marketing, Recruitment, and other EA networks to support cross-segment collaboration.
This role requires full-time presence in the London office for a minimum of 3–4 days per week.

Basic Qualifications
Ability to prioritise workload and to deal with multiple parties and requests
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport with people at all levels
Ability to communicate on behalf of senior leaders both to internal and external parties
Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation
Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed
Strong attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Strong team player
Ability to handle confidential issues with utmost sensitivity
Strong levels of discretion and integrity
Ability to pursue and find solutions when they may not be immediately visible or available
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Sound qualifications in English and Maths
Proven experience of supporting senior management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a consulting or financial environment is highly desirable
Experience of both 1:1 and team support will be advantageous
