HR Business Partner, North Asia
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 10 years in a Business Partner (or equivalent) role.
· Proven track record of managing complex issues and driving resolution.
· Strong team and project management experience.
· Ability to develop and build relationships at all levels, with a proven track record of acting in an advisory capacity.
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills at a strategic level.
· Exceptional organisational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to deliver results in a high pressured environment.
· Credible and results orientated with demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
· Able to forge strong relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
· Strong analytical and facilitating skills; the ability to bring groups with diverse views/priorities to a common resolution.
· Ability to approach issues strategically; anticipating consequences and navigating around unforeseen obstacles.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills.
· Ability to think creatively and effectively, delivering commercially pragmatic solutions.
· Proven skills in developing and coaching others in accomplishing work objectives.
· Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc) and HR databases.
