About The Role

The HR Strategy & Transformation Manager serves as a strategic partner, enabling the CHRO to operate at maximum effectiveness across a global, fast-paced professional services organization. This role combines strategic insight, operational rigor, and executive-level execution, acting as an extension of the CHRO across priorities, communications, and key initiatives.

The HR Strategy & Transformation Manager will help drive clarity, structure, and momentum across the HR function by shaping the HR strategy and transformation agenda, translating priorities into action, and ensuring accountability across the HR Leadership team (HRLT).  This role requires exceptional judgement, direction, and the ability to operate seamlessly across strategic, operational, and tactical work.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will operate as a strategic extension of the CHRO—helping shape priorities, drive execution, and ensure the HR function delivers against its most critical objectives. You will bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives, enable effective decision-making, and create accountability across senior stakeholders, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Drive HR Strategy & Transformation

  • Partner with the CHRO to shape and execute the HR strategy and transformation priorities.

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, outcomes, and ownership across HR.

  • Track progress against key people priorities and surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.

Enable Execution & Accountability

  • Coordinate the HR Leadership Team to deliver against strategic priorities and enterprise initiatives.

  • Drive follow-through decisions, commitments, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Establish clear operating rhythms that support effective decision-making and execution.

Support Executive Decision-Making & Communication

  • Prepare high-impact materials for executive, ExCo, and Board-level discussions.

  • Translate complex people and organizational data into clear, actionable narratives.

  • Ensure consistency and clarity in CHRO and HR leadership communications.

Partner Across the Firm

  • Act as a trusted partner to HR COE leaders and senior business stakeholders.

  • Represent the CHRO in meetings as needed to reinforce priorities and alignment.

  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Improve How HR Operates

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve prioritization, and strengthen execution.

  • Build lightweight tools and frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, and outcomes.

How You’ll Grow

In this role, you will gain a deep and multifaceted understanding of how HR strategy, transformation, and enterprise priorities come together in a global professional services environment. Working closely with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team, you will strengthen your strategic thinking, executive judgment, and ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving meaningful organizational change.
