Experience and skills: 

  • Excellent level knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel (it is a must), PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator/Assistant
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work proactively whilst also taking advice and direction from direct supervisor
  • Ability to interact with other members of the business as well as external parties
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively whilst maintaining high-quality service
  • Ability to cope with deadlines and work under pressure

  • Flexible to accommodate urgent out of hours requests
