Experience and skills:
- Excellent level knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel (it is a must), PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator/Assistant
- Previous experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work proactively whilst also taking advice and direction from direct supervisor
- Ability to interact with other members of the business as well as external parties
- Must be able to multi-task effectively whilst maintaining high-quality service
- Ability to cope with deadlines and work under pressure
