About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing hiring strategy for supported business areas. This role goes beyond requisition delivery—focusing on diagnosing challenges, influencing stakeholders, and building scalable solutions that enable consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, the Talent Acquisition Manager translates business strategy into actionable recruiting plans, providing data-driven insights on talent markets, workforce planning, and hiring priorities. They proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and drive alignment on hiring strategies that support long-term growth.

This role requires strong business acumen, problem-solving capability, and the ability to influence at all levels. Success is defined not just by filling roles, but by building a strategic, scalable, and insight-driven talent acquisition function.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent strategy

  • Translate business goals into actionable recruiting plans and deliver against headcount, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire targets

  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team, driving accountability, prioritization, and operational excellence

  • Identify recruiting challenges and implement scalable, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, transparency, and outcomes

  • Leverage analytics, KPIs, and market insights to inform decisions, track performance, and mitigate hiring risks

  • Partner with business leaders to provide visibility into hiring progress, align on priorities, and address talent gaps

  • Enhance sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and hiring calibration to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate evaluation

  • Champion process optimization, recruiting technologies, and innovative sourcing approaches, including AI-enabled tools

  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with recruiting best practices

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen employer branding and continuously improve the recruitment lifecycle

  • Own and actively recruit on open requisitions, partnering with stakeholders to define role requirements, source and engage candidates, and drive roles through to successful hire

What You Will Need To Succeed  

Basic Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on hiring for Experienced level roles

  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiters

  • Experience using recruiting data, metrics, and dashboards to drive decision-making and improve performance

     

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals

  • Experience leveraging talent market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including conducting business reviews and communicating risks and mitigation plans

  • Experience supporting complex or high-impact hiring environments within a fast-paced, matrixed organization
