Managing Director, Executive Operations | Forensic & Litigation Consulting
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Previously operated in a Chief of Staff or other senior operations management role in a corporation or law firm
• Advanced degree, e.g., MBA
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software systems and related management of client relationship management activities
• Executive-level communication and influence
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style, problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
• Skilled in working effectively and confidently, managing multiple projects with competing demands and multiple stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical abilities and the capability to understand, interpret and analyze key performance indicators, metrics, and financial results
• Active approach to solving/completing assigned tasks
• Ability to express and present own opinion using objective argumentation skills
• Self-aware and proactively seeks out opportunities to self-improve; is responsive to coaching/ feedback
• Has a high tolerance for ambiguity; deals well with unexpected or adverse situations

• 10-15 years of project coordination experience at the Chief of Staff level and/or full-time work employment
• MBA in Business or Operationally related discipline
• Demonstrated intermediate to advance computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
• Strong administrative, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
