Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrable computer/technology skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate concisely with clients (generally attorneys) and others
- Capability to utilize litigation technology applications (e.g., TrialDirector, Sanction, LiveNote, Summation, Concordance)
- Video editing skills and knowledge of existing software platforms
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; ability to make simple edits
- Ability to provide efficient and effective problem-solving resolution and process management; provide service in demanding, deadline-driven situations
- Flexibility to travel and work hours required by clients, including lengthy days, weekends and holidays
- Three or more years of litigation experience, ideally in litigation support or as a litigation paralegal
