ABOUT THE ROLE:
FTI Consultingās Technology Group seeks Marketing Associate
to execute marketing initiatives including marketing programs, events, trade
shows, digital and direct campaigns, and product launches.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Supports execution of national events by owning assigned event preparation and reporting areas; identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists and managing shipping logistics
- Assists in identifying strategy and lead execution and reporting of regional marketing programs and events, providing traffic coordination of projects between internal stakeholders, contributors, and external vendors
- Responsible for monitoring project budgets, processing related invoicing, reporting spend, and keeping historical and accurate records of campaign and event costs
- Understand CRM functionality as it relates to campaigns and marketing metrics and perform light data entry in SalesForce database system as needed
- Provide management for marketing and sales teams, handling requests for campaign and event assistance and promotional and collateral materials.
- Provide logistical management by organizing scheduling of internal and external presenters and coordination of preparation meetings.
- Responsible for maintaining a regional marketing calendar, and effectively communicating plans and project statuses to both marketing and sales.
- Regularly updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or related experience
- 4-year degree; concentration in Marketing or related experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with automated marketing systems such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua; experience using online meeting tools such as WebEx
- Previous experience in marketing production in an enterprise software and/or with a legal industry services provider
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate for a business setting
- Must be able to interact, communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization
- Sense of urgency. Must work well under pressure and deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail are required
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
