Primary Duties:
A Senior Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services to support our clients’ efforts to improve capital project delivery across the pillars of people, process, and technology. Responsibility for the day-to-day delivery activities of our advisory services projects including deliverables to support needs assessments, system selection, requirements definition, system implementation, and project delivery. Tasks may include:
- Facilitating and determining customer requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing artifacts, and leading focused requirements workshops
- Building relationships with all appropriate stakeholders and key leads in various areas to ensure overall project success
- Designing solutions to meet customer requirements through requirement analysis, development of business rules, development of business process diagrams, development of use cases, and drafting of specifications
- Leveraging personal and collective team subject matter expertise to drive best practice based solutions
- Contributing to the development of test cases, training materials, and other content required to ensure successful solution adoption
- Managing a small team of Configuration consultants in support of the configuration of EcoSys
- Looking for new, different, and innovative ways to leverage existing and new product capabilities to improve performance, improve business results, and create buy-in and commitment within client organizations– pushing the boundaries and capabilities of our integrated delivery teams
- Conducting business process assessments and development of business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects
- Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanism and measurement metrics to ensure sustainability
- Providing Functional Solution Architecture for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS)
- Providing subject matter expertise on Project Management processes and/or Project Management Information Systems (Including Project Management/Delivery, Cost Management, Risk Management, Schedule / Resource Management, and Estimating)
- Developing engagement specific approaches to Training and Organizational Change Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Communications, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Accounting
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills
- Previous full-time (2-4 years) experience in the construction industry (either in Project Delivery or Technology Implementations) or a related profession
- Minimum 1 year of experience designing, configuring and implementing EcoSys.
- Proficient knowledge of PC environment and related software including Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Access and Excel
- Willingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule (up to 80% travel, depending on engagement & potential travel outside the US)
- Professional, confident demeanor and appearance
- Capable of defending positions with rational arguments
- Team player with positive and energetic attitude

- Experience and training with the following industry solutions:
- Aconex / Aconex Connected Cost
- EcoSys EPC / Hexagon PPM
- Primavera P6 EPPM scheduling software
- Primavera Unifier
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and exhibits a strong executive presence
- Multilingual English, Spanish, Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Proactive individual with strong drive, ambition, and enthusiasm
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work loads
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful
- Ability to work well under pressure
