What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- You have relevant work experience leading projects (of which at least four years within Transactions) at an accountancy firm, (Transactions) boutique or other consultancy firm (Big 4 experience is considered a plus)
- You have at least a Master degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- You can execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from A to Z with limited oversight
- You can act as a C-level 'trusted advisor'
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You are a competent mentor for junior-level and medium-level staff
- You are fluent in English & Dutch
