  3. You influence and adapt to your environment: You can read a room, sense dynamics, and adjust your approach to achieve the best results.

Relentlessness with quality and delivery 

  1. You are dogged in your pursuits: You recognize that all great things come from effort and determination, finding solutions where others see roadblocks.
  2. You thrive in fast-paced environments: You are comfortable working at speed without compromising quality.  You are able to prioritize and keep multiple plates spinning at once.
  3. You know how to grind: You have the resilience and persistence to push through challenges and deliver results.  Eg. When you receive conceptual feedback you can distil that to advance your work product and bring it closer to the mark.
  4. You are a builder, not an executor: You don’t need all the tools, methodologies, or polished slide decks to get started; you thrive in start-up mode, shaping and creating what’s needed as you go.

Requirements

  • 10 + years of work experience
  • Experience in a consulting, with direct experience running transformation projects or workstreams is preferred
  • Experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, or HR
  • Experience leading teams, and demonstrating strong project/program management skills to strict deadlines / timelines
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders who don’t all do what you do
  • A mindset that is focussing on developing early stage talent, and bringing out their best
