What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- You have relevant work experience (of which at least two years within Transactions) at an accountancy firm, (Transactions) boutique or other consultancy firm (Big 4 experience is considered a plus)
- You have at least a completed a Master degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- You can execute smaller buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from A to Z with limited oversight
- You can act communicate effectively and professionally to colleagues and clients at different levels of seniority, including C-suite
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You are a competent mentor for junior-level staff
- You are fluent in Dutch
- You are fluent in English
