Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLookUp, Formulas
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented tasks
Good organization skills
Ability to work under pressure
