What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (equivalent experience).
· Proven experience of 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, VLookUp, Formulas) & Microsoft PowerPoint

· Attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented tasks
· Good organization skills
· Ability to work under pressure and constantly shifting priorities/timelines across multiple projects
