What You Will Need to Succeed

• Outstanding communication skills
• Graduated from a top university with a minimum GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent) no more than 12 months prior
• Bachelor’s degree in a business/economics or finance degree
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not mandatory
• A minimum of 1 year work experience in internships preferred (preferably work experience in an Accountancy firm e.g. Big 4)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• An ability to work individually and as part of the team
• A strong work ethic
• Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box
• Proactivity, and confidence to volunteer for a task without being asked
• A flexible approach to work, particularly in pressurised situations, and being able to think on your feet
• Has a good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
