About The Role
The 2025 Corporate Marketing Intern for Brazil will play a key role in supporting the broader LATAM Marketing team by contributing to diverse marketing projects and strategic initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with the team and internal stakeholders to enhance external brand visibility and drive business growth for FTI Consulting in Brazil.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business leaders to create and implement marketing plans to highlight and support experts in Brazil.
- Assist in developing and updating marketing materials and content strategies.
- Partner with practice professionals to create and promote thought leadership initiatives.
- Pilot innovative ideas for content creation and delivery.
- Enhance audience profiling and segmentation, including database management and mass communications.
- Oversee media relations efforts, including collaboration with PR agencies.
- Support event planning and execution in coordination with the marketing manager.
- Research sponsorship and speaking opportunities, building relationships with chambers of commerce and associations.
- Develop processes to ensure effective follow-up after marketing and business development events.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing expenditures.
- Create and oversee a social media strategy, working with digital experts and supporting content creation.
- Coordinate content development for direct marketing initiatives.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of segment collateral, such as case studies, website content, brochures, and event materials.
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to tailor thought leadership for Brazil and the LATAM region.

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing the final year of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both verbal and written.
- This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior marketing experience at a professional service firm, law firm or corporation.
- Experience with email management/distribution platform (i.e. Eloqua).
- Experience with Canva.
- Exceptional communication skills, including concise and persuasive business writing, editing, and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced
