About the Program

Are you an innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated sophomore student who wants to learn what consulting has to offer? FTI Consulting wants to invest in your future by providing you with the opportunity to attend our IMPACT Summer Leadership Program! FTI Consulting is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB). This program aims to select participants who identify as Black/African American, LatinX, LGBTQ+, APAC, Indigenous, and women.

What You’ll Do

In May of 2025, FTI Consulting will host a 2-day virtual IMPACT leadership program for selected candidates. The virtual event will include learning more about opportunities that exist within FTI Consulting, networking with business professionals, enhancing professional development skills, and showcasing skills through various activities. Selected attendees must be interested in a Summer 2026 internship as all attendees will also get priority consideration for Summer 2026 Internships. These traditional internships will take place within our Corporate Finance, Forensic & Litigation Consulting, Technology, Strategic Communications, or Economic Consulting business segments.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2026 – August 2027
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Ability to fully attend both virtual days of programming in May 2025
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

Recruiting Process & Timeline

  • To fully be considered for this role a Preference Form and a Pre-Recorded Video interview must be completed for each application.
    • Preference Form – This will allow you to indicate a preferred market location and an initial segment of interest. This will be sent within 2 business days of completing your initial application.
    • Pre-Recorded Video Interview – Consists of 2 questions with 1 minute to respond to each. This will be sent within 2 business days of completing your preference form.
