What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2026 – August 2027
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Ability to travel for the 2-day event in May 2025
• Major in Finance, Accounting, or related degree
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship now nor in the future.

Recruiting Process & Timeline

• Apply to FTI Consulting’s Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership program by 11/15/2024 at 11:59pm EST.
• If you meet our basic qualifications, you will be sent a Preference Form and a Pre-Recorded Video interview that must be completed in order to be considered for this program.
  • The Preference Form helps our Early Talent Team understand your background, your preferred location, and preferred consulting specialization to best align your skillsets.
  • Pre-Recorded Video Interview – Consists of 2 questions, 1 take, and 1 minute to respond to each.
• If selected to move forward, candidates will meet with an Early Talent Recruiter in January 2025 for a virtual live interview. This will be the final step in the recruitment process before invitations are sent to selected individuals.
• Invitations to participate in FTI Consulting’s Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership Program will be extended by 2/28/2025.
