What You Will Need to Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in a subject that involves finance, business, mathematics, computer science, technology, data analytics, or any other STEM subjects
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess an understanding of the project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office
- Proven capability to manage and analyse large volumes of data
- Ability to be a team player
- Willingness to research, analyse and develop new skills
- Experience in any of the following technical capabilities:
- Reasonable knowledge of fundamental computer science concepts (time/space complexity, hashing, simple algos for sorting/searching/etc.)
- Familiarity with an SQL-like language
- Experience with Python or other programming language
- Experience with basic data wrangling/cleaning in a dataframe package (e.g. R’s data.frame, or Python’s pandas).
Our Application Process

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.
STEP 3: Attend a competency-based video interview to explore your skills and motivations between 17th- 21st November 2025.
STEP 4: Attend in-person interview at our FTI London office between 1- 12th December 2025.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates by 22nd December 2025.
