What You Will Need to Succeed

Basic Qualifications
Applicants must be:

• completing a sandwich course at university and due to graduate in 2028;
• available for this placement year from 7th September 2026 to 27th August 2027; and
• predicted a 2:1 or above final grade (or equivalent) for their degree

Preferred Qualifications
Some knowledge of accounting, including basic bookkeeping, is desirable. Therefore, degrees such as Accounting, Economics, Business and Finance are likely to be preferred. Alternatively, where accounting is not covered to some extent in their degree, candidates should have some prior experience of it.
Applicants will also have:

• excellent academic qualifications;
• good numeracy and analytical skills;
• the ability to identify key issues, think creatively and to work as part of a team; and
• an eye for detail and an inquisitive nature, coupled with a clear belief in honesty and integrity.

Italian, Arabic and Eastern European language skills are also desirable (although are by no means required).

Finally, please explicitly disclose on your CV:

• your A Level (or equivalent) grades;
• your language skills, and at what level; and
• computer programming language skills.

Our Application Process

The deadline for applications is: 23rd October 2025

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).
STEP 2: Complete an online assessment testing numerical reasoning skills.
STEP 3: Attend an assessment centre which includes a case study and a written task between 17th and 21st November 2025.
STEP 4: Attend an interview with our senior managers between 1st and 12th December 2025.
STEP 5: Job offers are made to successful candidates before Christmas.
