Qualifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A basic understanding of IT. This would preferably be backed up with some relevant experience or extra-curricular activities.
· 5 x GCSE qualifications at Grade 4 - 9, to include Maths, ICT/ Computer studies and English at Grade 5/6 (B)
You must also bring one of the following:
o A BTEC Level 3 in ICT
o 1 year practical experience within the IT sector
o 2 A levels where one should include Computer science
o A high affinity for Computers and programming, even self-taught.
· High-level of analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
· An enthusiastic and driven team player - you'll combine a proactive and positive outlook with an excellent work ethic and desire to learn.
· A strong understanding of the factors that contribute to excellent customer service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail – you consistently ensure that you review your pieces of work and submit to a good standard even during busy times.
· Experience with Microsoft Office packages.
· Organization and Time management- you can juggle different activities, have an understanding about priorities and flag if deadlines won’t be met.
