Requirements
- Willingness to learn about FTI and the technologies that we use
- Good communication skills
- An inquisitive nature, asking questions when you are not sure of what is being asked
- Be able to follow instructions given in writing or when speaking to colleagues
- Able to communicate via email and phone/Microsoft Teams/Zoom in a polite and clear manner
- Have a basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrate interest and a passion in working towards the Level 3 Data Technician certifications that will assist in the performance of your role
- GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent in English Language and Maths (although exceptions may be considered)
- Minimum of BTEC / 3 A Levels or equivalent preferred
