Experience and skills:
- At least 2 years of experience within recruitment, ideally with exposure to graduate recruitment
- Previous experience in a professional services environment, ideally in a multinational company with international exposure
- Major in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology with a specialisation in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, whilst also taking advice and direction from direct supervisor and members of the Partner Group
- Ability to interact with other members of the business as well as external parties
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Prior experience or familiarity with applicant tracking systems (specifically Taleo)

Technical:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
