What We Are Looking For
We are looking for highly motivated candidates who meet the following criteria
Basic Qualifications
-
Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree with graduation or gap year / semester date between June 2025 – June 2026
-
Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
-
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship
-
Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Preferred major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and structured
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment

A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness
-
Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment
-
A keen interest in strategy consulting and the industries FTI Delta focuses on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) and Public Sector
Recruitment Process & Timeline

You will be notified of the status of your application and potential next steps within 2 weeks of applications closing.

Selected candidates will be invited to a four-stage interview process, where successful performance in each interview is required to advance to the next stage

Final update regarding candidacy will be communicated no later than January 31, 2025.
