What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful candidates should have the following background and experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a full-time bachelor’s degree, with a graduation date between June 2023 and December 2025
- Available to begin a 6-month internship between January and March 2026
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience is a plus, particularly in areas such as contracting, project management, project controls, engineering consultancy, or working as an owner/operator.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent and an industry accreditation in engineering, construction management, project management etc.
- Previous consulting experience is an asset, including skills in communication, analytical thinking, client management, teamwork, ability to prepare proposals and deliverables in PowerPoint.
