What You Will Need to Succeed
Interest in Public Sector: Demonstrated interest in public policy, government operations, and public sector challenges.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to fast changing environment and various needs of the client.
Education: You are in the final phase of your university studies or have already completed them with excellent grades, preferably in economics, political science, law, or public administration.
Experience: Ideally, you have some initial experience in the public sector, risk management, strategy development, and/or crisis management within a consultancy or corporate setting.
Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical and research skills, demonstrate a high level of performance and initiative, and excel in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with various research methodologies and data collection techniques will be an advantage.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Communication Skills: You can professionally and persuasively communicate work results, ideas, questions, and problems to both colleagues and management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Language Skills: You are fluent in written and spoken German and English. Proficiency in an additional foreign language is advantageous but not required.
IT Proficiency: You have advanced proficiency in IT, particularly with the MS Office365 suite.
Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Networking Abilities: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization.
Cultural Competence: Awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and diversity in public sector contexts.
