Qualifications & Experience
Given the challenging nature of the Firm’s work and the high standards our clients and colleagues expect, FTI Capital Advisor looks to recruit only the brightest and most capable individuals.

• Highly interested on developing a career in M&A
• Outstanding analytical mind, excellent commercial understanding, strong interpersonal skills, initiative, motivation, commitment and the ability to work as part of a team
• Candidates are required to be a recent graduate, or in their final year of study pursuing a degree in Economics / Finance / Engineering
• Excellent academic background and fluency in English & Spanish
• Previous experience in Investment Banks, M&A Boutiques or Corporate Finance departments of Auditing firms or Corporates is highly valued
• A strong work ethic and a passion for excellence
• Results-driven, perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
