What You Will Need to Succeed

• Education: On track to complete a master’s degree in economics, business, political science, public administration, law, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
• Experience: Experience in public sector or public sector related matters desired.
• Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex business challenges with a structured and logical approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Knowledge of additional language will be considered an asset. Ability to present insights and ideas clearly and persuasively.Collaboration & Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in teams and across diverse client environments.
• IT Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data visualization tools or programming languages is a plus.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural Competence: Awareness and sensitivity to diverse business and cultural contexts.
• Ethics & Integrity: Commitment to professional integrity and high ethical standards in consulting engagements.
