What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Must be a current MBA student
• Minimum 3 years of work experience preferred
• Past experience in consulting, financial, analytical, business and commercial roles preferred
• Have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and relish problem-solving;
• Can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
• Are collaborative and have good project and people management skills; and
• Are able to conduct research effectively, both independently and as part of a team.

Our Application Process

STEP 1: Complete our online application form and submit your CV (no cover letter required).

STEP 2: Complete online skills test (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning), and a pre-recorded video interview.

STEP 3: Attend a competency-based virtual interview to explore your skills and motivations between 26th-30th January 2026.

STEP 4: Attend an in-person case study between 9th-13th February 2026.

STEP 5: Attend a final virtual interview with senior leaders between 16th-20th February 2026.

STEP 6: Job offers are made to successful candidates before end of February 2026.
