About the Opportunity:

Working under the direction of senior staff, the Administrative Assistant will provide a combination of administrative and client project support. The Assistant will split their time more or less equally between administrative and client project-related activities. Administrative tasks will include Word processing of professional reports and correspondence and general office support work. The client project activities will involve assisting with the preparation of various work products and deliverables related to project team analysis.

 

Primary Duties:  

  • Provide administrative/para-professional support including word processing of professional reports and correspondence, maintenance of SalesForce database, processing FedEx shipments and general office support;
  • Organization, printing and assembly of documents and reports in pdf and hard copy formats;
  • Review, scan and organize project documents and exhibits
  • Preparation of detailed Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide quality control review of data sets

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and three years work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Access and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Three years of work experience in a professional office environment.
  • Expert with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience supporting teams providing deliverables for clients.
  • Experience maintaining document control databases.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Visio
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedule to meet client deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and support several senior professionals.
  • Provide accurate, efficient and consistent performance in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
