About the Opportunity:

We are immediately seeking a Campus Recruiter who can partner with valued internal customers throughout the organization, university staff, and college students to provide world class recruitment support in search of exceptional entry level professionals.

Primary Duties:

  • Work with hiring managers to finalize individual strategies for campus recruiting, set calendar of events and activities, and delegate responsibilities to ensure proper participation
  • Make necessary arrangements for all campus events, including registrations, distribution of materials, advertisement, catering, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on FTI’s participation in all campus events, including career fairs, student organization events and presentations
  • Provide detailed logistics in a timely manner to individuals attending campus events
  • Track all candidate sourcing data
  • Ensure that all requisitions and campus positions are posted accurately in both the applicant tracking system and career center system
  • Facilitate the pre-select process with recruiting teams by working closely with hiring managers and campus career centers
  • Coordinate all logistics for campus interviews by providing schedules and interview materials to interviewers
  • Coordinate logistics for in-office interviews by working closely with internal hiring teams to develop schedule and distribute materials, as well as provide details to candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to decide which candidates will receive offers upon completion of interviews
  • Process, extend and negotiate offers as needed
  • Keep all candidates informed of status throughout the entire process
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Provide recruiting metrics to campus teams and business leaders
  • Travel as needed to attend events, meetings, and participate in interviews
  • Coordinate and track candidate touch-points and sell message post-offer / pre-offer decision deadline
  • Facilitate diversity initiatives with identified university targets
  • Identify and execute social media opportunities on campus
  • Work overtime as needed during busy season cycles

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Taleo
  • Travel as needed 20-40%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in college recruiting with a consulting or professional services firm
  • Experience with Symplicity
  • Advanced Skills in MS Office, including Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
