The Digital Marketing Associate will be a key member of the FTI Consulting global Corporate Marketing team, based in New York City. He or she will report to the Senior Associate of Digital Marketing, and work closely with the Managing Director of Digital Marketing to help develop, manage, and analyze a broad range of digital and content marketing strategies and tactics. 

His or her primary focus will be in developing and supporting email, content and event marketing campaigns at FTI Consulting, but other responsibilities include assisting with webinar campaigns, updating our internal website, providing additional support as needed for multiple digital marketing programs, and responding to external inquiries. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and must be a fast learner, very organized, energetic, and proactive. 

He or she must be able to juggle multiple projects at once, while maintaining a positive, “get it done” attitude. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level marketing professional to gain a broad level of digital marketing experience at a global level. 

• Primary role will be to help develop, manage and launch email and event marketing campaigns. 
• Will be required to learn and become highly proficient with leading digital marketing platforms, including: 
o Eloqua, an enterprise level email marketing program 
o Knak, an email creation platform o Splash, an event management platform 
• Assist with management of digital thought leadership program (FTI Journal). 
• Assist in setting up webinar campaigns. 
• Assist in responding to website inquiries. 
• Supporting role in assisting with a variety of digital marketing tactics (search marketing, paid social media, display, etc.) 
• Help make content updates to our internal website. 
• Generate actionable insights and reports from ongoing digital marketing campaigns. 
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the Corporate Marketing team. 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• Comfortable with using digital marketing platforms and technologies. 
• Although HTML knowledge is not required, a basic understanding is preferred. 
• Must be comfortable with using a WYSIWYG editor to design, edit and revise emails and landing page to meet content and design change requirements
