At FTI Consulting we embrace a hybrid workstyle where all our colleagues are able to benefit from a mix of home and office based working, around client requirements.  Our hybrid workstyle is one where we expect you to spend around three days a week in the office or at client sites. You can choose to spend the rest of the week working remotely, at home if that suits. The team attaches importance to monthly team social events to maintain and build the strong relationships within the group, these are held in person with every team member encouraged to attend.

We will continue to evolve and iterate our hybrid working model by regularly listening to feedback from colleagues and clients taking into account wellbeing and productivity, ensuring that no one is detrimentally affected by this approach to work.
