Who are we? We’re a dynamic and multinational team of experts based in Brussels who advise a broad range of clients across multiple industries (technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, agriculture, industrials, and more). We’re a business advisory firm so we advise clients on how to navigate a plethora of public policy, commercial and communications challenges. We help our clients create sustainable relationships with key audiences; develop exciting campaigns that have impact; and, strategize on the latest challenges facing their organizations today (it’s fun!). We like to draw from a wide range of experiences and as such have people who have worked in the EU institutions, in-house in companies, in the media, as well as in consulting and associations.

What would you be doing as a member of the team?

We would love to hear from someone who is enthused by the ever-changing world of communications and business. We would welcome your skills and fresh thinking on client accounts to help shape communications strategies for some of the world’s leading brands. You will support senior colleagues in building exciting new business opportunities and be involved in general day-to-day support of the team.

Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Monitoring the media and digital landscape
  • Content development (& design is a plus)
  • Social listening, measurement & reporting
  • New business development such as research, insights and strategic thinking for pitch preparation
  • Day-to-day support of operations & project management
  • Organization of meetings and events

What Are We Looking For?
  • Strong academic background with studies in journalism, communications, marketing or digital
  • Good understanding of the media channel landscapes (experience with social listening or influencer mapping tools (such as Crimson Hexagon/BrandWatch, Onalytica…) a plus)
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to select and summarize relevant information succinctly
  • Experience or interest in the healthcare, technology, energy or financial services sectors (an understanding of the EU institutions/networks and policies is a plus)
  • Fluent English and proficiency in at least one other EU language is preferred
