Strategy & Transformation Internships

Your role:

Participate in the projects, commercial actions, meetings with clients, etc., with the Senior teams of the firm
 

Requirements: 

• Excellent academic record
• Excellent Spanish skills
• Excellent English skills
• Business Administration, Finance and / or Engineering Studies
• Stand-out analytical and numerical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Demonstrated team work
• Assertive style of communication
• Highly ambitious, motivated to proceed your career in an unconventional and challenging environment, being part of a team of outstanding professionals
• Working experience as intern. Exceptionally candidates with up to 2 years post-graduate experience will be considered, when they are studying or just finished a Master / Post-graduate degree
• Aspiration to become a permanent member of FTI in Spain (candidates pursuing a temporary stage won’t be consider)
• Candidates in the last year or having just finished their degrees (candidates with more than one year ahead to finish their degrees won’t be considered now, but will when they meet this criteria)

Residence in Spain and working permit (candidates not meeting this requirement won’t be considered)

 Preference for: 

• Good track record of previous internships, preferably in strategy and transformation consulting or private equity. Also will be valued previous experiences in investment banking, or in strategy and / or transformation departments of corporates
• International experience
• Additional languages is a plus
• Extracurricular interests outside academics
