  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks and using good judgment to resolve problems.

  • Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion with personnel files and data at all times.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a small and dynamic team.

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of inhouse recruitment experience, preferably gained within a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Confidence and experience with HR and Recruitment systems such as Taleo, LinkedIn or other applicant tracking systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office with a focus on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
  • Four-year college degree preferred, but not required.
