The Senior Consultant, a key component of the growth of FTI Capital Advisors, is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from initial evaluation to diligence, negotiations and post-acquisition performance and integration.  Working closely with Directors and Managing Directors, you will:


• Conduct industry and product research

• Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis

• Prepare presentation materials

• Provide recommendations on potential transactions

• Develop and train junior consultants on investment banking analytical and transaction process skills.



• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking

• Requisite Investment Banking Licenses:  Series 79, or 7 & 63





• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

• Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling/Analysis Skills

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently

• Industry experience in: Health Care, TMT, or Energy & Power
