PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Supports the Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Management Voice and Data Network Services Tower Lead in the assessment of current services and the development of the annual maintenance program
• Provides deep, service and product specific knowledge in the assigned service areas for problem management and issue resolution
• Acts as the Assistant Infrastructure Management Global Team Lead on all networking systems implemented by the Enterprise Architecture Group
• Configures, and maintains the health of enterprise-wide FTI infrastructure systems
• Responsible for the day to day sustaining activities for the FTI global enterprise in a follow-the-sun global team format
• Provides Tier 3 highest level internal escalation support for all network systems and platforms
• Mentors and develops junior Infrastructure Management teammates
• Analyzes and maintains periodic service performance data to ensure optimal usage of the resources available
• Leads and is responsible for the completion of tasks, change controls, and responses to escalations and alerts for other engineers
• Responsible for the execution and maintenance of: 
- Recurring Tasks 
- Use and compliance with FTI’s Change Management Control Process 
- Incident & Problem Reporting and Tracking 
- Use and compliance with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards when developing solutions 
- Adherence to published Project Management Policies & Procedures
• Provides leadership to ensure that system security issues are addressed effectively within the FTI enterprise environment
• Prepares long and short-term plans for systems maintenance, production activities, and upgrades as necessary for system health
• Responsible for the definition and maintenance of alert response procedures to include monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation of issues to the appropriate technical resources
• Executes Change Controls as required to support trouble ticket resolution, planned maintenance and to assist other engineers
• Provides on-call support 24 x 7 as needed
• Covers and resolves any outstanding Service Desk related issues in an effort to help all IT members resolve tickets as quickly and efficiently as possible •
Periodic travel may be required
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years’ experience in the operation of an enterprise networking environment
• 5+ years’ experience with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• One or more CCNP certification
• Project Management Experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Extensive experience with Cisco Networking (ISR/ASR routers, Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k switches IOS stackable and chassis-based switches), Internet, Multi-Protocol Label Switching connectivity and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP as well as quality of service (QoS) strategies and mGRE technology
• Expert level experience in a multi-product firewall environment (i.e. Checkpoint, VSX and Cisco ASA)
• IKE VPN, SSLVPN and Remote Access Technologies (i.e. Cisco AnyConnect and Pulse Secure)
• Wide Area Network Performance Accelerators (i.e. Cisco WAAS, Riverbed)
• Experience with Cisco IP Telephony Solutions (CUCM, CUCME, UNITY, H323, SIP, PRI)
• Knowledge of authentication solutions such as Cisco Secure Access Control System (ACS) and Identity Services Engine (ISE), TACACS+ RADIUS
• Familiarity with SNMP and monitoring systems such as Syslog, SolarWinds Orion Cisco Prime
• CCIE Certification
• Understands and applies ITILv3 policies and procedures
